As a practicing trial attorney with over 25 years of courtroom experience in both State and Federal Court, Mr. Butler has focused his practice predominantly on criminal defense and civil litigation. He has successfully handled many high profile criminal cases in his career, including state murder cases and a federal capital murder case.

Mr. Butler had been a practicing trial attorney for 23 years and his practice focuses on civil litigation, family law and criminal defense. He is admitted to the State Bars of New York and Pennsylvania and is also admitted to practice in the Federal Bar in the Northern District of New York and Middle District of Pennsylvania.

In addition to over 10 years of prosecuting experience Mr. Grace has experience defending criminal matters, family matters including child custody, support, abuse and neglect, law guardian, visitation, and civil defense. Mr. Grace is a special prosecutor and successfully defended a murder case.
